This can help prevent or reduce damage caused by stroke, clots in your lungs (pulmonary embolism), or other blood vessels (thrombosis). It can also make it less likely that parts of a clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body. You should take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes to help this medicine be effective.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Liver

Caution Advised: Acitrom 2 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Acitrom 2 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Acitrom 2 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If you forget a dose of Acitrom 2 Tablet 10 Tablet , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 25�C.

Avoid making sudden major changes to your diet during treatment with this medicine. Acitrom 2 Tablet increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, using sharp objects or engaging in contact sports (e.g. football, wrestling). Notify your doctor if you see blood in your vomit, urine or stool (black, tarry stools or bright red blood). Do not consume alcohol while taking Acitrom 2 Tablet as this may increase its side effects. If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Acitrom 2 Tablet temporarily. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor as this may increase your chances of having another heart attack or stroke.
