Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It regulates ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS. It enhances the body's response to insulin, and maintains hormonal balance. This improves your overall health. Acnechio-M Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is to be taken with food, preferably at the same time each day. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose. It may cause side effects like taste changes, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. However, these are temporary and usually subside on their own. Please consult your doctor in case these do not resolve or persist for a longer duration. Before taking Acnechio-M Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver or heart problems. It helps the body to utilise the hormone insulin and also regulates menstrual cycles. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not skip any doses and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.

Acnechio-M Tablet is a combination of six medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, Melatonin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body?s response to insulin and decreasing high levels of harmful substances (free radicals, homocysteine) in the body. This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

Pregnancy

Use of Acnechio-M Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
Liver
Caution Advised: Acnechio-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Acnechio-M Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. There is very limited experience on use of Acnechio-M Tablet in patients with underlying liver disease.
If a dose of Acnechio-M Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Acnechio-M Tablet is used for the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome and its associated symptoms. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications before taking Acnechio-M Tablet. You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you. Follow a healthy diet, lose weight if you are overweight, exercise regularly, and avoid smoking and alcohol in order to manage the symptoms of PCOS.
