How to use Asque Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Asque Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.Avoid Asque Tablet with alkaline foods such as lemon, capsicum, garlic and other green leafy vegetables.

How Asque Tablet works Asque Tablet is a combination of four medicines : Tramadol, Paracetamol, Caffeine and Taurine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol and makes you more alert. Taurine is an amino acid that possesses antioxidant properties. It works by protecting the various organs such as kidneys from damage by harmful chemicals called free radicals. Additionally, it helps the body to use proteins for the repair and growth of the damaged tissues too.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Asque Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Asque Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Driving

Asque Tablet is used for the treatment of severe acute pain and fever. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take any other pain medications along with Asque Tablet without consulting your doctor. Seek medical attention right away if you have symptoms, such as agitation, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, or loss of coordination.
