It works by stopping the multiplication of infection-causing bacteria thereby preventing the infection from spreading.To ensure maximum absorption, give C Clor 125mg Tablet DT an hour before or two hours after meals. In case your child develops a stomach upset, it is better to give it with meals. Give it as per the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor as these depend upon the type and severity of the infection. In Treatment of Bacterial infections C Clor 125mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic medicine given to children for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections like airways and lung infections (such as pneumonia), ear, nose, and throat infections, tonsillitis, and urinary tract infections. It inhibits the growth of infection-causing bacteria by stopping it from multiplying. This medicine starts showing benefits within 3 to 5 days of regular dosing. However, you must finish the full course of the medicine and never stop it abruptly by yourself as that may worsen your child?s condition or cause infection recurrence.

Kidney
Caution Advised: C Clor 125mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of C Clor 125mg Tablet DT may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Safe when prescribed by an expert: C Clor 125mg Tablet DT is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of C Clor 125mg Tablet DT is recommended. C Clor 125mg Tablet DT is relatively safe to use in children with liver disease. However, consult with your child€™s doctor before giving this medicine to your child in case of a severe form of liver disease.
Remain calm. Unless your child�s doctor has provided specific instructions, you can administer the missed dose once you recall it. However, if it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one. Stick to the prescribed dosing schedule and avoid giving a double dose to make up for the missed one.

C Clor 125mg Tablet DT is not recommended for children less than 1 month of age. Ensure that your child completes the entire course of antibiotics. Quitting in between may cause the bacteria to multiply again, become resistant, or cause another infection. Give this medicine with food to avoid an upset stomach. Give your child plenty of water if they develop diarrhea as a side effect. Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions. Avoid saving up the medicine for future use and focus on giving C Clor 125mg Tablet DT to your child for their current infection. Stop this medicine and immediately report to your child�s doctor in case your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine.
