This will help you do your daily activities more easily and thus improve your quality of life. Cartibind Tablet should be taken at the same time each day to get maximum benefits. You should continue taking it until your doctor asks you to stop.

Do light exercise or take physical therapy to strengthen muscles around the affected joint and manage your weight along with taking this medication.
