How Diflumac M Drop works Diflumac M 0.05%/0.05% Drop is a combination of two medicines: Moxifloxacin and Difluprednate. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your infection.
