By treating headache, it can help you carry out your daily activities and have a better quality of life. Take Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet as prescribed by the doctor to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Liver

Caution Advised: Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet is used to get relief from headache. You can take a dose of Dolfin 25mg/325mg Tablet every 4-6 hours if needed, up to four times a day. Remember to leave at least four hours between doses and do not take more than four doses in any 24-hour period. Taking too much of this medicine can cause damage to your liver because of the presence of paracetamol in it. Managing your stress levels well and taking 6-7 hours of sleep at night can help prevent a headache.
