This makes it easier for air to move in and out. It will also relieve allergy symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose or throat irritation and help you carry out your daily activities more easily. Taking this medicine enables you to live your life more freely without worrying so much about things that set off your symptoms.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Kufma CR Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Diphenhydramine, Ammonium chloride and Sodium citrate, which relieves cough. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ammonium chloride is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Kufma CR Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Not Safe: Kufma CR Syrup is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

Not Safe: Kufma CR Syrup is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Kufma CR Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Not Safe: Kufma CR Syrup is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Seek medical advice from your doctor: There is limited information available on the use of Kufma CR Syrup in patients with liver disease. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Kufma CR Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Kufma CR Syrup helps relieve cough that is accompanied with mucus. Drink extra fluids to help loosen the congestion and lubricate your throat while you are taking this medication. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. If you are diabetic, monitor your blood glucose regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a history of thyroid or heart disease. Stop taking Kufma CR Syrup and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache.
