In Pain relief Meftus P Syrup is a combination of medicines used to treat aches and pains. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain. It is effective in relieving pain caused by headache, migraine, nerve pain, toothache, sore throat, period (menstrual) pains, arthritis and muscle aches. To obtain the maximum benefit, follow the prescribed instructions precisely. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the shortest possible time. In Treatment of Fever Meftus P Syrup is also used to reduce a high temperature (fever). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Heartburn']

Meftus P Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Mefenamic Acid and Paracetamol. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Meftus P Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Meftus P Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Meftus P Syrup is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Meftus P Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Meftus P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Meftus P Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Meftus P Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Meftus P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Meftus P Syrup may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Meftus P Syrup is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Meftus P Syrup is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Meftus P Syrup is used to reduce pain and swelling in various conditions. Take it with food to prevent an upset stomach. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. If you get diarrhea while taking this medicine, stop taking it and consult your doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Meftus P Syrup as it can cause excessive drowsiness and increase your risk of stomach problems. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Do not take it with any other medicine containing paracetamol (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.� Meftus P Syrup is used to reduce pain and swelling in various conditions.
