How Ofloyd M Oral Suspension works Ofloyd M Oral Suspension is a combination of three active ingredients. While two of its ingredients, namely ofloxacin and metronidazole are antibiotics, simethicone is a gas-absorbing agent that improves gastric tolerability of the combination. Alcohol

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Diarrhea is a common side effect of this medicine. If it occurs, make sure your child drinks plenty of water. Your child may have an altered taste or furry tongue (coating of Ofloyd M Oral Suspension on tongue) after taking Ofloyd M Oral Suspension. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Ofloyd M Oral Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine. Never use this medicine for the common cold and flu as they are caused by viruses and Ofloyd M Oral Suspension treats only bacterial infections. Discontinue Ofloyd M Oral Suspension and inform the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing. Only give Ofloyd M Oral Suspension to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
