Estrogen is one of two important hormones (the other is progesterone) used in this treatment. You should use this medicine as it is prescribed, and for as long as it is prescribed by your doctor. In Treatment of Breast cancer Progynon 10mg Injection relieves the symptoms of breast cancer such as breast lumps, bloody discharge from nipple or changes in the shape or texture of the breast. It works by altering the production of those hormones in the body that are essential for the growth and spread of breast cancer. It may also interact with other hormones or have a direct effect on cancer to stop its growth. It is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse and should not be self-administered. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully.

Driving

Kidney

Liver

It may also be used for preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk of fractures. It is given as an injection into a muscle. Inform your doctor if you experience any unusual vaginal bleeding or spotting, abnormal vaginal discharge or vaginal discomfort while taking Progynon 10mg Injection. Stop taking this medicine and inform your doctor immediately if you notice unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision. These could be symptoms of a blood clot in a vein.
