Seroxia Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Seroxia Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include diarrhea, stomach pain, indigestion, flatulence, swelling of hands and feet, and flu-like symptoms. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. This medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery.

How it works
Seroxia Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Serratiopeptidase. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Seroxia Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Seroxia Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding

Driving
Not Safe: Seroxia Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Seroxia Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Seroxia Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Seroxia Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
Caution Advised: Seroxia Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Seroxia Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Seroxia Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
What If You Forget to take Seroxia 60/15mg Tablet 10s?
If a dose of Seroxia Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
