Telsyday-Trio 25 Tablet ER is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It should not be stopped abruptly as it may result in sudden increase of blood pressure. Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. A sudden drop in your blood pressure may occur, especially when you first start taking this medicine. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. It may cause the level of potassium in blood to go up. Avoid taking potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods such as banana and broccoli. Do not stop taking Telsyday-Trio 25 Tablet ER suddenly without talking to your doctor.
