Together they help to relax blood vessels and make it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body. This lowers blood pressure. If your blood pressure is controlled you are less at risk of having a heart attack, stroke, or kidney problems. The medicine must be taken regularly as prescribed to be effective. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Peripheral edema, Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Upper respiratory tract infection']

Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trivalzaar 80 Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Trivalzaar 80 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and Valsartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Valsartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Trivalzaar 80 Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Trivalzaar 80 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Driving

Not Safe: Trivalzaar 80 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Trivalzaar 80 Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Trivalzaar 80 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Trivalzaar 80 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Regular blood pressure monitoring is recommended. No dose adjustment is needed in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Trivalzaar 80 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Trivalzaar 80 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Trivalzaar 80 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Trivalzaar 80 Tablet is a combination of two medicines that provides better blood pressure control than either medicine alone. Trivalzaar 80 Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. It may cause you to feel lightheaded or weak especially when you stand up.� Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.� Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while�you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. Do not take Trivalzaar 80 Tablet if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
