In Pain due to muscle spasm Trois CX Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Trois CX Tablet also helps reduce fever associated with muscle spasm. Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

Trois CX Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Lornoxicam, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Trois CX Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Trois CX Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Trois CX Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Not Safe: Trois CX Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Trois CX Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Trois CX Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Trois CX Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Trois CX Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Trois CX Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Trois CX Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed Trois CX Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles. You may see results within 1.5 to 2 hours after taking this medicine. Take it exactly as advised by your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures. Along with taking Trois CX Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
