How Veezol Ear Drop works Veezol Ear Drop is a combination of three medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine and Methylcellulose. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and inflammation (swelling). Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Methylcellulose is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.
