Frequently asked questions
Rekcin Lotion is used to treat acne vulgaris by reducing the growth of acne-causing bacteria and can also treat skin infections.
Store Rekcin Lotion in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius, away from high temperatures due to flammable ingredients.
Rekcin Lotion should be applied twice daily on a dry, clean face in a thin, even layer without rubbing it in.
If you miss an application of Rekcin Lotion, use it as soon as you remember, but wait at least three hours before the next application.
Treatment with Rekcin Lotion may take 10 to 12 weeks; consult your doctor if no improvement is seen by the end of the treatment period.
Rekcin Lotion should not contact the eyes, lips, or mucous membranes and should not be applied to broken skin. Rinse with water if contact occurs, and avoid using alcohol-based or irritating cosmetic products.
If Rekcin Lotion has not been effective, clindamycin and similar antibiotics may also be ineffective due to potential drug resistance.
