Common side effects of Alemtuzumab include rash, headache, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), nausea, upper respiratory tract infection, decreased white blood cell count, fatigue, fever, itching, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), hives, and decreased lymphocyte count.
