Uses

Aprepitant is used in the treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy.

How it Works

How Aprepitant works Aprepitant is a combination of two different doses of Aprepitant. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during treatment with anti-cancer medications.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Aprepitant include constipation, indigestion, headache, tiredness, loss of appetite, hiccups, and increased liver enzymes.
