Ibuprofen and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It stops sudden muscle contractions, or spasms, thereby relieving cramps and pain.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Dicyclomine include dryness of the mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, sleepiness, weakness, nervousness, indigestion, and heartburn.
