How Metformin and Teneligliptin work Metformin and Teneligliptin is a combination of two antidiabetic medications: Metformin and Teneligliptin. Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor that increases the release of insulin from the pancreas and decreases the hormones that raise blood sugar levels. This combination reduces both fasting and post-meal sugar levels, providing better control of blood sugar.

Common side effects of Metformin and Teneligliptin include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, hypoglycemia (low blood glucose level), decreased appetite, abdominal bloating, flatulence, and constipation.
