- Notify your doctor if you have diabetes, as rimonabant is known to reduce blood glucose levels.
- Do not take rimonabant if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients.
- Do not take rimonabant if you are currently suffering from depression or are being treated with antidepressant medications.
- Do not administer rimonabant to patients under 18 years of age, or to pregnant or breastfeeding women.
