Uses
Romiplostim is used in the treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenia and chronic immune thrombocytopenia.
How it Works
How Romiplostim works Romiplostim is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist. It functions similarly to thrombopoietin (TPO) by increasing platelet production through the activation of the thrombopoietin receptor.
