Common side effects of S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan include nausea, taste changes, diarrhea, upset stomach, ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, weakness, numbness in the extremities, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), increased potassium levels in the blood, decreased blood pressure, tiredness, sleepiness, and palpitations.
