How Xantinol Nicotinate works Xantinol Nicotinate is a derivative of niacin. It acts as a vasodilator, widening blood vessels and enhancing blood flow to all parts of the body. This mechanism helps in the treatment of peripheral vascular disease.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Xantinol Nicotinate include slow heart rate, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), photophobia, pupil dilation, palpitations, dryness in the mouth, arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), constipation, increased heart rate, dry skin, difficulty urinating, excessive thirst, reduced bronchial secretion, and loss of accommodation.
