It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Acispas 10 mg/150 mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding

Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Acispas 10 mg/150 mg Tablet. Incorporate the folowing lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity:Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water.Avoid spicy and fatty fried food.Lose weight if you are obese.If you are a smoker, consider giving up.Don't drink too much alcohol.Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion.
