In Muscle pain : Beenac Tablet treats muscle pain by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. Magnesium Trisilicate, an inorganic salt present in Beenac Tablet prevents acidity that may occur due to the painkillers.

How Beenac Tablet works Beenac Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Beenac Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Beenac Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Information regarding the use of Beenac Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Beenac Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Beenac Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Beenac Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Beenac Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Beenac Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.However, the use of Beenac Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Beenac Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed Beenac Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles. Along with taking Beenac Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain. You might experience nausea, ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic (anti-sickness medicine) if it troubles you. Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, heart disease, or stroke. Liver problems may occur while you are using this medicine. Stop using this medicine and check with your doctor right away if you are having more than one of these symptoms: abdominal pain, clay-colored stools, dark urine, fever, itching, loss of appetite, tiredness, or yellow eyes or skin.
