Dry cough

Coupress N Syrup suppresses severe dry cough and gives you relief from an itchy throat. Along with taking Coupress N Syrup, gargling with warm salt water and having ginger or honey can help you manage dry cough.

Coupress N Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Ammonium chloride, noscapine and sodium citrate which relieve dry cough. Noscapine is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Coupress N Syrup as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Not Safe: Coupress N Syrup is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Breast feeding

Driving

Not Safe: Coupress N Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Liver

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Take Coupress N Syrup exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than recommended. Use a proper measuring cup or spoon to measure the dosage. Inform your doctor if your child has had a cough for a long time, has asthma or suffers from serious asthma attacks, or the cough is accompanied by a fever or rash. Along with giving Coupress N Syrup, keep your child away from irritants, like smoke, pollution, dust, etc.
