Alcohol

Not Safe: Consuming alcohol with Coversyl Plus Tablet may lead to excessive drowsiness.

Pregnancy

Coversyl Plus Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Coversyl Plus Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Coversyl Plus Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Coversyl Plus Tablet usually does not affect alertness but dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients. This may affect your driving ability.

Kidney

Coversyl Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Coversyl Plus Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.Caution should be advised in patients with renal impairment.

Liver

Coversyl Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Coversyl Plus Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Coversyl Plus Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Inform you doctor about any cough, or throat irritation that doesn't go away. Coversyl Plus Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth. Your doctor may regularly monitor your blood pressure, kidney function and the levels of salts such as potassium in your blood while you are taking this medicine. Do not take Coversyl Plus Tablet if you�re pregnant or planning pregnancy. It can cause birth defects or be fatal to your unborn baby.
