Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. It is advisable to continue taking Etotol 150 Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop.

Etotol 150 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tolperisone and Etoricoxib which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol

Pregnancy

Driving

Kidney

Caution Advised: Etotol 150 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Etotol 150 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Etotol 150 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Etotol 150 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Etotol 150 Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Etotol 150 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Etotol 150 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Etotol 150 Tablet is used to treat muscle pain. It�may cause dizziness and fatigue. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Etotol 150 Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness.� Regularly monitor your blood pressure while taking this medicine, particularly in the first two weeks after starting treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain.
