How Ibu MR Tablet works Ibu MR 400mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

Immediately seek medical help if you experience hallucinations, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination. Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, heart disease, or stroke. Stop using this medicine and check with your doctor right away if you are having more than one of these symptoms: abdominal pain, clay-colored stools, dark urine, fever, itching, loss of appetite, tiredness, or yellow eyes or skin.
