It is a combination of two medicines. It is used to treat and prevent angina (heart-related chest pain), heart attack, and stroke. It helps to prevent the formation of blood clots in your blood vessels. NAYA SA 81 MG/20 MG CAPSULE may be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain are some common side effects of this medicine. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. It might cause dizziness, avoid driving or attention-seeking activity until you know how the medicine affects you. The most common side effects of this medicine are increased tendency of bleeding, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting. If you experience any such side effects, ask your doctor about ways of reducing or preventing them. This medicine may sometimes cause you to bleed more easily (for example you may get nosebleeds or bruises). Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before starting treatment. Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Heavy drinking can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

Esomeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by aspirin.
