How Pexaglin ET Tablet SR works Pexaglin ET 75mg/60mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Etoricoxib. Pregabalin is an antiepileptic medication and belives to block pain by interfering with pain signals traveling through the damaged nerves and the brain. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors.
