Slvrgen Cream is a combination of three medicines: Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor, Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Silver Sulfadiazine which treat diabetic foot ulcer. Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor works by releasing a growth factor that causes skin regeneration in diabetic foot ulcer. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant which effectively cleans out the ulcer surface to prevent infection. Silver Sulfadiazine is an antibiotic. It stops bacteria from producing folic acid, a vitamin required for bacterial multiplication.

If a dose of Slvrgen Cream 30 Cream is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a refrigerator (2 - 8�C). Do not freeze.
Slvrgen Cream is used for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Dress the ulcer area properly as advised by your doctor. Wear comfortable shoes and avoid shoes with high heels and pointed toe. Do not walk barefoot, even at home. You might tread on something and damage your skin. Make sure to not put pressure on the affected foot while standing or walking. Avoid the use of heat pads on the affected foot. Look for cuts, sores, burns, and redness while examining your feet. Apply moisturizer to prevent skin cracking. However, avoid applying it between the toes, as this can cause the skin to become too moist leading to an infection. Have a healthy diet and try to keep your blood sugar level as near normal as possible. Seek medical help if your foot infection doesn't improve in a day or two, or becomes significantly worse.
