Driving

Not Safe: Stride 400mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Stride 400mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Stride 400mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Stride 400mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Stride 400mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Doctor consultation is advised.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Take it at bedtime to avoid feeling sleepy during the day. Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Stride 400mg Tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine because it can make drowsiness worse. It may cause weight gain. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and monitor your weight regularly. Inform your doctor if you experience any abnormal or uncontrolled movements while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you experience symptoms such as high fever, sweating, muscle stiffness, and faster breathing. These may be due to a rare side effect known as neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Do not stop taking Stride 400mg Tablet without talking to your doctor first as it may cause a worsening of symptoms.
