What if I forget to take it?

Frequently Asked Questions
Initial use of the eye drops may cause watery eyes and temporary blurred vision, which should clear quickly. Ensure your vision is clear before driving or operating machinery.
Wash your hands before and after using Timotic Eye Drop. Remove the cap just before use and avoid touching the nozzle. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid, and allow one drop to fall into the space between your eyelid and eye. Close your eye and press the inside corner for about a minute to prevent drainage. Repeat in the other eye if directed by your doctor.
Always consult your doctor before using other eye drops with Timotic Eye Drop. Maintain a gap of at least 10-15 minutes between the two medications.
Avoid using Timotic Eye Drop if you are allergic to it or any of its components. If unsure or using it for the first time, consult your doctor.
Do not wear contact lenses while using Timotic Eye Drop. You can reinsert them 15 minutes after application. Consult your doctor if irritation persists.
Use one drop in each eye twice a day or as prescribed by your doctor. If eye pressure is stable, the dosage may be adjusted to once a day. Do not alter the dosage without consulting your doctor.
Contact your doctor if you experience eyelid swelling, eye pain, dry eyes, foreign body sensation, headache, or eye discharge. Also, inform your doctor about any scheduled eye surgeries.
Headaches can occur as a rare side effect of Timotic Eye Drop. Consult your doctor for a suitable painkiller, and report persistent headaches.
