If a dose of Topmetro Gel is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

You have been prescribed Topmetro Gel for the treatment of Acne. Avoid getting Topmetro Gel in the eyes or nostrils or mouth. If it happens, rinse it out with plenty of warm water. It may cause skin irritation and rash. If this happens, use it less frequently or stop using it for a few days. If irritation persists, consult your doctor. Avoid exposing the treated areas to strong sunlight as this can make the treatment less effective.
