Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Truepenam T 1000mg/125mg Injection. This medicine can reduce the effectiveness of oral typhoid vaccine. If you are due to have any vaccinations, make sure the person treating you knows that you are taking this antibiotic. If you are having surgery, including dental surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are receiving Truepenam T 1000mg/125mg Injection.
