Mouth ulcers can be caused by factors such as biting the inside of the mouth, food sensitivities, vitamin deficiencies (B-12, zinc, folate, iron), dental braces, hard-bristled toothbrushes, and certain medications.
It is recommended to avoid wearing dentures while applying Ulciwok Gel. Wait at least 30 minutes after application before reinserting dentures.
Avoid spicy foods, acidic drinks, and very salty foods, as they can worsen pain and irritation.
Improvement in ulcers may be seen within 7 days. Follow your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration. If no improvement occurs or symptoms worsen, consult your doctor immediately.
Use a soft toothbrush, avoid eating or drinking immediately after application, refrain from putting dentures or braces back in for at least 30 minutes, and stop smoking.
