This helps to treat abdominal cramps, as well as abdominal pain (or stomach pain), bloating and discomfort. Take a fiber rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide and Paracetamol, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Hyoscine butylbromide is an anti cholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Safe when prescribed by an expert: Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Driving

Not Safe: Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Buscogast Plus 10/325mg Tab 10's is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
