Pain relief

In Pain relief Need-SP Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondolytis and gout. It is also used for the short term treatment of moderate pain after dental surgery. This medicine also contains an active ingredient called Serratiopeptidase, which is an enzyme that promotes the overall healing process and speeds up recovery.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Need-SP Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

Need-SP Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Serratiopeptidase. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Need-SP Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Need-SP Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Information regarding the use of Need-SP Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Not Safe: Need-SP Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

Caution Advised: Need-SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Need-SP Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Need-SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Caution Advised: Need-SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Need-SP Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Need-SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

If a dose of Need-SP Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed Need-SP Tablet to get relief from pain and inflammation. You can take the tablet either with or without food, although the tablets may work more quickly if they are taken without food. During long-term treatment, your doctor may want to take regular blood tests to monitor your liver function. If you have asthma, symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness can be made worse by Need-SP Tablet. If this happens to you, see your doctor as soon as possible.
