This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol and Domperidone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Kidney

Caution Advised: Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.

If a dose of Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal pain. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Spasmopil 10 mg/500 mg/10 mg Tablet. If you develop any new symptoms, or if your symptoms get worse, make an appointment to see your doctor for further advice.
