It is also effective in typhoid fever and some sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea. Zin 500mg Tablet is taken orally, preferably one hour before or 2 hours after a meal. It should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the return or worsening of the infection. Commonly seen side effects seen with this medicine include vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea. It stops the growth of the bacteria causing the infection and clears the infection. Take it for as long as prescribed by the doctor and avoid skipping doses. This will make sure that all bacteria are killed and they do not become resistant.

Breast feeding

Driving
SAFE - Zin 500mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Zin 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zin 500mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Caution Advised: Zin 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zin 500mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Zin 500mg Tablet 10 Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Zin 500mg Tablet along with other medications effectively treats tuberculosis. Do not to forget a dose, as this increases the risk of the bacteria becoming resistant to the medicine, and also increases the risk of getting side effects. Your doctor may check your liver function before starting treatment and regularly thereafter. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Zin 500mg Tablet as this may increase the risk of side effects on the liver. Use a reliable contraceptive method (such as condoms or a diaphragm) to prevent pregnancy while you are taking Zin 500mg Tablet as it may make hormonal contraceptives such as the pill less effective.
